1. Wash your hair thoroughly with organic hair shampoo (keratin-based and salt-free shampoo).

3. Apply the keratin (better with a paintbrush, two to three centimeters away from the scalp and make sure that the keratin does not get on the face or neck).
4. In order to distribute the keratin better into the hair, comb your hair and avoid touching the scalp too hard. Then wait 45 minutes.
5. Press the hair dry with a flat iron and wait about 15 minutes. (For thick, curly hair 230 ° C, for thinner and less hair 160 ° C - 200 ° C)
6. Rinse your hair thoroughly with plenty of clean water.
7. Blow dry the hair completely, straighten the hair again and wait for the hair to cool down properly.
8. Finally wash the hair again with the salt-free organic hair shampoo and condition the hair with organic hair cream gold (hair conditioner) and finally dry the hair again.
